white peak lanes

shadow
rolling out from the front door with the sun in our eyes and the wind on our backs. quiet lanes and rolling hills. a lazy lunch stop with extra chips. heavy stomach and a headwind. a slow grind to the trig and an effortless freewheel all the way home. it's easy to forgot how lucky we are.

Come Back Kate!!! Where have you disappeared to? Have you been hitting the winter trail running? I managed to get on a night run up along the top of the NW side of the North York Moors on Saturday, it was lung busitng! Bought a Silva Runner Headlamp! It isn't half a decent bit of kit! http://www.aboveandbeyond.co.uk/.silva-runner-550-lumens-headlamp-_7318860188596.htm
