doing what i say i'm going to do wk3

175miles ridden, 1hr of swimming and a tough speed session at run club...plus 13miles of fell fun.

Well.....

Im on taper week. And carb load week. One egg sandwich eaten. 5 white choc and salted peanut and cashew biscuits eaten. One packet of crisps eaten. 5 miles to run in a little bit. God knows what for tea.

OK, I feel a little lethargic in comparison to your mammoth efforts. I shall respond sounding virtuous Sunday, post marathon and pre-Nandos. God bless the peri-peri marinade I say.

adman- enjoy the taper, i've never trained properly enough to have one! and i've only just discovered nando's!! we'll have to have a recovery peri-peri sometime :)
