Well.....Im on taper week. And carb load week. One egg sandwich eaten. 5 white choc and salted peanut and cashew biscuits eaten. One packet of crisps eaten. 5 miles to run in a little bit. God knows what for tea. OK, I feel a little lethargic in comparison to your mammoth efforts. I shall respond sounding virtuous Sunday, post marathon and pre-Nandos. God bless the peri-peri marinade I say.

adman- enjoy the taper, i've never trained properly enough to have one! and i've only just discovered nando's!! we'll have to have a recovery peri-peri sometime :)ppc- when it's good, it's good but when it's bad, it's awful!!! ;)
