I hate working nights, particularly at the weekends. It brings out the worst in people, I'm talking abut staff as well as patients.
I don't want this diary to turn into a whinge-a-rama. Suffice to say I have yet to do any training, this time I'm blaming night shifts!
Only 72 hours of nights left and 65 hours of days left in this caring profession.
