Yesterday was spent helping the parents decorate the boys house. So, due to driving lots and and being in Milton Keynes a lot of junk food was consumed. Again, I'm just making excuses.
The house is starting to look good though and the boys chilli was very tasty.
That's no exercise for 2 days and I feel rubbish. Am I going to do anything about it? And I start nights today.
Will things be better when I stop working shifts? Grrr, maybe I just need a kick up the arse.
