I'm still in the barren land of no training. But I have achieved a 'spring-clean' like house, dinner with friends and my first hang-over for 8 months (yes, I am a giffer).
I have exactly 100 hours of NHS left.......
I also have tickets for the track world cup. Yay, can't wait.
Plans for the week are shaping up, a night ride, work, work, climbing wall, pub, work, mini mountain marathon.
