The main reason for this diary is to keep a record of how my training is going. Not a training log as such, as all of those anal stats are being logged elsewhere. This is more of a way of measuring my motivation and what effects 'life stuff' have on me. This does run the risk of it turning into a whinge-a-rama and a full on navel gazing monologue, but as I'm the only on who's gonna read it it doesn't matter. I can cringe in the glow of my eMac on my own!
Each week I'll enter my training aims and at the end of the week evaluate and be honest about what I've achieved and what I haven't and why. In between I will fill in with events and happenings that make me laugh and cry.
Well that's the plan......
