I've decided that I'm going to start counting my runs to work as training. That way I've already bagged 8 miles so it doesn't matter that I went to the pub!
Whilst I'm fretting about lack of miles Jane is seriously concerned and fascinated about the current global economic crisis. Both issues were mildly resolved by a pint.
Hope this weather becomes less wild by the weekend...

hey kate, we were hoping for 8.30 at the hp40 but a number of things got in our (or should i say 'my') way - going the wrong way, fatigue, laziness..you name it!

btw another nice run for you by staffs ldwa - six dales circuit - in mid nov and only 25miles!!! how easy's that!
