wanna be fell runner, sometime mountain biker, every day cake eater
Glad you're feeling better! Ease back into things gently and don't force yourself to make amends for being sick, there will be other months to try 30/30 challenges.
Be careful it could be very easy to do too much too soon!
Take care of yourself and don't overdo it. You'll be better faster if you take it easy! There will be other chances for 30/30 challenges!
the challenge is 30 hours in 30 days so you've still got 10 days, if you do 1 hour 18 mins each day then you've done it!Re your comment, it depends on the race. I always keep track of my ascent because it adds up and a 40 mile 15000' week is a different story to a 40 mile week! Best to keep the training race specific though, no point in doing loads of ascent if your race is flat.Good luck with the 30/30... get stuck in!
If its 30hours in 30 days I've already done it then!
trio-that's what's been so frustrating everyone else is doing loads and i'm really struggling to just fit 1 hour in everyday and i've practically stopped running too!!also, thank you all for being so mumsie!....
SAC-i like your idea, will probably add up all miss time and add it to the last (massive-for me)ride. thank you ;)
He he he were we being all Mumsie? It's just cos we care. What have you got planned then for the last ride to take care of the spare minutes?
A nice long ride sounds good, you can ride up to lancashire and visit us!
