Really pleased with myself. Just knocked a whole 3 minutes off a regular 5.2m route. Oh, and it was the first run in shorts and t-shirt this year. Life is good.

More the to point. Why the first run in shorts and t-shirt?
According to your blog header you are a wanna be fell runner? That means every run should be in shorts and a t-shirt. If it is really cold (as in minus with wind chill) you can put on long sleeves or long leggings, but never both together.
Seriously though, good to see training is going well!
