Best thing I ever bought for running, particularly on tarmac but KOL Sex on Fire is fantastic to have playing doing a fast, boggy, rut filled moorland descent!

They are quite robust, I shut mine in my car door and its ok though they don't like getting too wet.

Hello!

Funny thing, what track can suddenly leap out and keep you going. Michael Jackson's 'Rockin' Robin' got me round the Venice marathon in sub 4hrs some years ago, when I'd almost given up even finishing the course :) Now who'd have thought that?!

Great kit. Mine has done a coast to coast across Scotland with me and gone up Ben Nevis. So good I want the new 4g one. Happy listing.

But its not pink! I keep wanting to find my mp3 player, not as posh as an ipod, this reminds me to get round to it!

I have "Eye of the Tiger" on my ipod which I select when I need that extra push. It's cheesey, but it works.
