wk12 'the plan' round up

feels good to have completed a full week of running. hard, slow work but every mile done. the only slight issue is that both achilles are really tight. you could pluck a good bluegrass tune on the them. more stretching need, or at least some stretching.

....cheese cake turned out very well....

trio- enjoy might not be the right word ;)

uc- yeh, short runs are for recovery. i'm trying to go a bit faster on the longs to just see if can maintain a decent pace...which is still slow in comparison to others ;)

thunder-joe - but it's boring!

red- not yet but my lungs make an interesting noise...

chris- does riding fixid have anything to do with knee pain? ;)
