early morning runs are getting darker, switching from footpaths to pavements. but the bursting sunrises more than make up for the gloom and the dreaded 5.30 alarm. slipping easily into to the routine of the weekend big run. slowly getting a little bit longer, a little bit hillier, whilst our post run feasts become even more elaborate.

martin- you're right, it's fast approaching. the fear is setting in!
julbags- i should state that it's mainly jane's motivation that i'm piggybacking on. she has to leave for work by 7.20, if i didn't go with her i'd probably not go at all!
sbrt- breakfast of champions.
uc- :)
Love this post! And the pic is awesome, where is it? Do you and Jane fancy a run soon?
Any motivation is good motivation! I'm working on my early starts, I find it hard to do stuff really early (except commuting) but always feel great when I do.

julbags- i can get jane to give you an early morning wake up call ;) but you're right, it always feels great once you're out the door/bed
