drop bags in the kitchen

due to changing to 'long days' this week (7am-9pm)* i've had to prepare some of my meals in advance. tomorrow night when i get home, i'll have less than 7hours before i have to get up and go back to work again. it's a bit like planning for a 24hr race. so that's wednesdays lunch and dinner already packed, thursdays lunch and dinner in the fridge. bulgar wheat salad and veggie chili, in case you're wondering. i've also had to pack for this weekends mountain marathon. which means, saturdays lunch and dinner, and sundays breakfast, lunch and dinner are all neatly sealed and stored away. suffice to say, i've eaten far too many jelly babies today and haven't actually got anything ready for tonight's tea.

*it's ok, only have to do 3 a week.

Mercy, you are organized! It sounds like you have to be though. It is nice to have a snack right there when you need it.

I remember the days you had only mini sausages in the fridge. Saying that I also remember the week I lived on a scooby doo cake. Great times....
