Whilst I was asleep the postie delivered several parcels and left them next door instead of taking them back to depo-all is forgiven Mr Postman! Amongst the christmas gifts was a little present to myself. Winter booties! A bit extravagant but I'm petrified about 'puffer and also hope that expensive footwear will get me out in the coming cold and wet months.
Tonight may be a ride of continual faff as it will be a first for the booties and the pedals. Hopefully the biscuits will go some way to make up for the potential waiting about, even if they do look like they've been baked by a 5 year old.

Looking forward to your ride report. I think the biscuits look fine, icing is a very difficult skill to master.
The new booties look like they'll be really warm and fit well on your ankle too the way the velcro is arranged. I love the cookies. I think homemade ones are way better than the store bought ones!

Yay for winter booties are they the northwave ones? My winter booties are falling apart so that might be a present I need! I'm sure the are essental for puffer, along with ice tyres!

groover-i cheated the biscuits were actually baked a few days ago but more importantly i managed not to eat them before ride time ;)
