the great biscuit disappointment

it will come as no surprise that i enjoy the odd biscuit or two. however, this mornings nibble was a tad disappointing. slightly burnt around the edges, the digestives took on a rather bitter taste.

a carefully worded letter to mcvites has been crafted. trying to pitch the balance between 'biscuit mentalist' and 'dunking eccentric'. jane suggested i take a photo, just in case they require further proof. it will also come as little surprise that i have too much time on my hands.

i will keep you updated on any important movements.

I cycled past one of their factories the other day, lovely tempting aromas!

I hope by 'movements', you mean developments and you are not intending to blog on bodily functions; there are blogging boundaries no decent woman should cross...
Sorry about the disappointing biscuit scenario tho, you deserve something chocolate covered by way of compensation. Hang in there. RB.

this is going to rock the world of biscuits to its foundations. I've just emptied my bumbag and carried out a thorough inspection of all the biscuits (bits) inside and all looks well, although i am considering putting a couple under the grill to try and blag a carton of choccy covered ones as compensation. would that be naughty?...

It's a sorry day when a girl can't even rely on her biscuits!

Sorry to hear about burnt biscuits. I guess it's back to baking yourself?

they know your type you know..complaining to see how many free packs you get in return ;)
daft thing is it works..you could make a comfortable living out of it

That is a biscuit fail.

You're right to bring it to the manufacturer's attention and expect suitable compensation for the trauma suffered. Hold out for a packet of chocolate hobnobs.
