booooze

being such a highly trained athlete i obviously would not spend the weekend getting absolutely wasted. and nor would i stay indoors, hiding from bright lights and needing to remain very still-in case any movement made me vomit.....oh, wait a minute...

in the interests of science and fun, i urge people to try sipping this after watching this. good times.

It's not at the movies here, yet, but I'll keep my eyes out for it. So I'll eliminate all foods but cake and the Columbian from my diet and all will be good because I won't have to worry about winning races anymore ... LOL

Just don't know about Sauerkraut. Honestly! How does Sauerkraut go with cake? Ghee, Kate!

That cocktail MUST be performance enhancing!

Caffeine and sugar. Just add nuun for ultimate sport fuel!

Oh no, I thought you were doing that huge run in the Lakes?
BGR (Or letters like that)

Looks pretty isotonic to me. Not sure what the doping agencies will think of it though, especially with 'Columbian' in it...

Shaken, stirred or sloshed around in a Camelbak?

I'm putting that stuff in my camelbak. It's got to be better than rubbery water right??!!

Special liver training. It'll come in handy when we're at Fort Bill at the end, I certainly intend to have a hip flask at hand for you or I wouldn't be worthy of being support crew.
