a most productive day

this morning was spent chasing men on fixies. perhaps the most inappropriate bikes for a 4x track. back in time for lunch with visiting vegans and baby. baby is at a stage where she is strangely drawn to hard objects with sharp edges. this afternoon we made final kit checks for the omm, baked and tried not to eat all of the cookies.

tomorrow there are plans for bouldering. but after wednesdays painful trip to the climbing wall my arms still feel like matchsticks. i'm predicting i'll be home by lunch or when all the cookies have gone!

Yum - the cookies look good! I'm going to try for scones tomorrow - only probably is I haven't done the exercise to justify them ... damn!

Good luck for the OMM - yet another mental event, that I can't imagine walking around, never mind running! Crazy lady!

I am looking forward to the cookies, which I assume are coming bouldering with you!?

Can I come bouldering with you? Oh, my upper body strength is pityful so I could look after the cookies while you guys are climbing ... they are in good hands with me. I swear! :-)

starfish- the rule is, bake first, exercise later!

jumbly- what cookies?

groover- unfortunately you have a patient to look after ;)

uc- cookies not vegan, probably why they taste so good ;) technically it's a vegan dad and a veggie mum and baby but we're lazy with nicknames!
