back at the climbing wall last night. still weak and clumsy but eager to get better. another ride planned for this evening, hopefully more singletrack and less weather. with all this other activity i've really neglected the running over the past fortnight. which traditionally means there's a forth coming race....we're off to the omm tomorrow. somehow, and it's not my fault, we've ended up in B class. we've tried to change our category but have been denied. the forecast is for hill fog and rain. this weekend is going to be about pure survival.
what should make things a little easier is that i'm now only 5 lbs off last years weight. it's amazing the difference having a non-desk job makes and the lack biscuits at the end of said desk.

GOOD LUCK with the OMM Kate, I'm sure you'll do more than fine. :-)
Yes, but, how heavy is your bag, oh wait, you haven't packed it yet have you!? (See what I did there Jane, I tried to shame her into packing).
Have a great weekend, look forward to the write up and photos. Good luck!
Good luck both of you!!! Try to have some fun in between surviving, look forward to reading all about it. Am now off to find out what B class entails...
Good luck for the OMM. Have a great one!
Good luck this weekend, i'll be thinking about you & Jane. Give it 100% and try to have fun
Don't turn sideways Kate, you'll disapear!
I hope this time you and Jane somehow manage to actually enjoy yourself!
Mmm. Wales. Hill Fog. Rain. I'd be packing lots of chocolate. Best of luck :)
Have fun, I have spare weight for you, I seem to be putting it on!
Will be thinking of you Kate, whilst I'm being facialed and pedicured in the spa :D I might even come out all posh. All pinkies crossed for good running & navigation. RB
good luck Kate, remember its a terribly, terribly dangerous thing to be heading into the hills in the drizzle, hope its better weather than last year
Richie

What's B-class? Hope the weather holds up. Good luck!
groover- b class is 2 off elite, we should probably be in c. the lowest is d. interestingly out of 300 teams in b only 16 are female....it's a weekend out in the hills though ;)
Sunday morning; your placing after day one looks good!! well done. Looking forward to seeing your overall result. I am inspired to have another go in 2010.
