a new low

back at the climbing wall last night. still weak and clumsy but eager to get better. another ride planned for this evening, hopefully more singletrack and less weather. with all this other activity i've really neglected the running over the past fortnight. which traditionally means there's a forth coming race....we're off to the omm tomorrow. somehow, and it's not my fault, we've ended up in B class. we've tried to change our category but have been denied. the forecast is for hill fog and rain. this weekend is going to be about pure survival.

what should make things a little easier is that i'm now only 5 lbs off last years weight. it's amazing the difference having a non-desk job makes and the lack biscuits at the end of said desk.

Yes, but, how heavy is your bag, oh wait, you haven't packed it yet have you!? (See what I did there Jane, I tried to shame her into packing).

Have a great weekend, look forward to the write up and photos. Good luck!

Will be thinking of you Kate, whilst I'm being facialed and pedicured in the spa :D I might even come out all posh. All pinkies crossed for good running & navigation. RB

What's B-class? Hope the weather holds up. Good luck!

groover- b class is 2 off elite, we should probably be in c. the lowest is d. interestingly out of 300 teams in b only 16 are female....it's a weekend out in the hills though ;)
