blimey, wk15, that's half way though 'the plan'. feeling a lot more positive about the big one. the hpm worked out to be the perfect training race for me. proper night running and actually finished feeling strong. other pluses were kit and eating all worked really well.

Well done you, it all adds up and will come together in the end. Re. Long runs I don't fuel on them, just brekkie as normal before. Have got to get my head round all that yet! Not much help I know. I'm told small and regular intake is best (every 5k and no less). Not sure how that will work out. You're going good, keep putting the training in the body bank and you'll be great. RB

rb- thanks. i just don't like running on the roads carrying anything but it looks like i'm going to have to start. hopefully it hestop me from feeling so tired if i eat/drink a bit more whist out.
